Kendra J

Kendra from BoadiceaBorn in Luxembourg, Kendra J Horsburgh began her dance career at The Conservatoire de Luxembourg where she was awarded a distinction in her Premier prix exams. Trained at The Urdang Academy in London, she then completed her BA HONS Degree at Middlesex University whilst also attaining teaching Qualifications. Completing the circle, she has been happy to be invited back on a number of occasions by the conservatoire de Luxembourg as a judge for their final dance Exams.


Kendra J is Dance Captain of Blaze, the street dance sensation, being a dancer, dance captain and one of the 8 choreographers of the show. She is also one of the artistic Directors of London based BirdGang, a well-established Dance Company in both the commercial and the theatre scene. Kendra is also an original member of the Boadicea Ladies.

Although fluent in the genres of Hip Hop, House, Contemporary and Jazz, Kendra lays great importance on versatility and is one of BirdGang’s core choreographers. Kendra J takes pride in being an all-round performer adding singing, acting, tap and basic acro skills to her vocabulary.

Kendra J is inspired by traveling and has taught many workshops around the world, for example New York, Finland, Russia, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, UK, Italy, Germany and Belgium. As well as English, she speaks fluent French, German and Luxembourgish, and is constantly on the look out for new challenges.


Nicole ‘Nic Nac’ Wooder


Nicole, better known as Nic Nac, has been with the Ladies from the beginning in 2010. Originally starting as a Gymnast in 1995, Nicole has travelled the world showing her skill as a strong competitor and achiever. Now Nicole is training up some of the best young athletes in the gymnast game. It won’t be long before we see the essence of her coaching skills.

As a dancer and performer she mixes unique abilities of acrobats’ flexibility with a feminine nature, that gains the attention of everyone. She is now training up to work within the stunt industry, pushing boundaries outside of just dance and performance. Nicole is a woman determined to achieve far beyond the confinements of the expected.

She has worked with world renowned Choreographer Brian Friedman, and been fortunate to work with and travel with Zoonation Dance Company. Nicole worked with Choreographer Kim Taylor on her Jessie J tour submission, which encouraged her to push harder as an all round performer.






Jen Bailey-Rae

Jen Bailey-Rae, originally from Dorset, started her dance career at the tender age of 4 years old as a ‘Disco Diva’. Jen competed in numerous national competitions around the country in Latin and Ballroom dance. When she turned 17, Jen decided it was time to come to London for dance training where she attended a full time course at The Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts.


Since graduating Jen has moved into other spectrums of dance, including Street Dance and Hip Hop styles. Jen strongly believes versatility is key and prides herself on being a woman that will ‘give it a go’. She has co-choreographed and assisted for a number of artists including Roots Manuva and Jedward, in 2012, she worked as part of the creative team on the Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games with Boy Blue Entertainment.


Being an original member of Boadicea, Jen was excited to compete on Got To Dance Sky1, building confidence and showing viewers that fans girls can do it too. Jen choreographed for So You Think You Can Dance BBC with Supple Nam and was a member of the UK’s first waacking company, The Waacktitioners. Jen fuses a variety of techniques including waacking as part of her individual dance signature.

Freya Sands

Freya Sands, also known as ‘Pink Lady’, is the newest member of Boadicea. Freya, originally from Epsom, started training with the Ladies around a year ago, and with persistence and commitment Freya has become an Official member of the Ladies.

She began as a dancer at the age of 12, diving into technical dance; committed herself at The Centre Performing Arts College where she trained in all genres of dance and musical theatre. Freya’s main focuses were tap and hip Hop. Training is important to Freya and so after graduating in 2011 she continued to train and learn from teachers where she could.


Freya has worked with choreographers within the Zonation Dance Company and performed at Breaking Convention “Back to the Lab”.

Freya considers it an honour and privilege to be a part of the Boadicea Crew and is excited to share her talents and gifts with the country’s leading Female Entertainers.

Boadicea Company introduces you to the extended part of the Family.

The B Soldiers are a collective of working Ladies within the Industry that are the “cousins” so to speak of The Official Boadicea Ladies. They are the extended part of the company you may see getting down and throwing up B Salutes alongside the Ladies. Find out a little more about them below:


Michelina Leece


The unique half italian half phillipino Mich is an original member of The Boadicea Crew. Being a part of the company is a big deal for her, after coming out of injury Mich has been on fire to let the queen out. Training in styles such as Latin American, Ballet, Tap, Modern, Jazz she a natural hearted performing. With age Mich let out her love for hip hop dancing with boy blue entertainment, which enabled her to dive into choreography. Mich has performed on stages like Breakin Convention and was a finalist on Nike Dance Clash.










Carrie-Anne, originally hailing from Guernsey, moved to London in 2001 to pursue her dream of becoming a professional dancer and choreographer. After three years of professional training, mainly in musical theatre, she began to take more classes in various street dance styles and along the way joined ZooNation dance company where she first met Rhimes.

Yolanda aka YoYo is also a member of Boy Blue Ent. She has travelled as a performer to places such as New York and San Francisco.

Shanelle 'Tali'

Shanelle ‘Tali’

Tali is a professional dancer and choreographer/teacher, with experience in the commercial world (inc. Jessie J, Kylie Minogue and Kelly Rowland), with the UK’s best and most successful companies and now as an artist in her own right. Over the past couple of years, training and being surrounded by souls who move and create in ways she could only dream, Tali has been inspired to further explore her own self-expression.

As a solo artist, Tali has choreographed for International Adventures’ Best Of British showcase, Breakout: The Solos, Avant Garde’s Show & Prove and as a member of Project Patchwork, for Serious About Streetdance and World of Dance UK. Tali recently choreographed and starred in the music video for We Are Shining’s Killing (feat. Eliza Doolittle).










Lucinda started dancing at her parents dance school when she was 8 years old. After she graduated at the Art & Entertainment collage in Amsterdam she joined Blaze, an international dance company with which she toured Europe, Asia and Australia. In Holland she’s well known for her choreography’s on So You Think You Can Dance and Global Dance Center. She participated in the tv-show The Ultimate Dance Battle and is part of the Dutch Company ISH.
